Sour beers are, to me, an acquired taste I’m still developing. To me the key is to not expect what I would normally think of as beer. Rather, these beers are a unique twist on other styles of beers, ranging from tart to tongue-tingling sour, with mild to strong fruit flavors. Many can be lower in ABV (alcohol by volume), but some brewers are experimenting with wine barrel aged beers that can be quite potent.

The Sour Hat includes plenty of twisted stitches to create the stockinette bands. A happy coincidence is the interior is as attractive as the right side, making this hat fully reversible. Like sour beers, this hat has a lot more going on than anticipated!
