Get 1-1 live help with your technical support question via a live Zoom session. Our experts will get on a zoom session with you to address your question. This is a regular session, intended to cover a single question. You should expect the session to last approximately 10 minutes. If you are interested in a longer 1-1 session please use Extended Premium Support.
What to expect after you purchase of a Premium Support Session:
- You will be contacted via email within 2 business days so we can gather information about your support request. Be sure to add shop@Create2Thrive.com to your safe sender list.
- This will include understanding the app you have a question about and the nature of your question.
- It may also include gathering screenshots from you, information about your system, or your project.
- We will schedule a mutually agreeable time with you. Our support sessions are scheduled during normal business hours, Mountain Time. You should plan approximately 10 minutes for the session.
- All sessions are conducted via Zoom, so you will need internet access and a working microphone and speaker.
