Yarn: Battenkill Fibers, 60% merino wool, 40% alpaca; 155 yds per 100g skein; color: Brick Red, 7 (8, 8, 9, 10, 10, 11, 12, 12, 13, 14) skeins, 1014 (1120, 1213, 1366, 1449, 1545, 1655, 1733, 1856, 2005, 2100) yds. Note: The crew neck version will need approximately 70-80 yards less.
Needles: Size 7/4.5mm 16” and 24” (or longer) circular needles and set of 4 or 5 double-pointed needles. Size 6/4mm 24” circular needle for neckband.
Other: Stitch markers, cable needle, stitch holders or waste yarn, tapestry needle.
Gauge: 18 sts and 23 rows = 4” in Stockinette Stitch, with larger needles. 56-st Front & Back Cable Panel = 8.75” wide, after blocking. 16 sts = 4” wide in Dot Stitch.
