A few months ago, a good friend of mine dropped this lovely yarn in my lap. The crispness of the yarn base and the beautiful, saturated colors made it hard to resist. So, I cast on and never looked back.

This shawl is boomerang-shaped and is worked from smaller to larger size. It consists of garter stitch stripes coupled with a simple lace pattern and slipped stitches. A lace edging is also created along the last eleven stitches of each RS row and beginning eleven stitches of each WS row. Only one color is worked per row.
This shawl was knit with approximately 390 yards each of two contrasting colors. Yardage may vary depending upon the “looseness” with which you carry your yarn along the edge and while slipping stitches. A discussion of altering the shawl to accommodate yardage variations is included in the pattern.
