Sue Lazenby
Sue learnt to knit at her grandmother’s knee and has knitted ever since, making her first fair isle sweater aged twelve. After a career in market research she changed course midlife, headed for a smallholding in Wales, following her love of knitting and design by studying fashion & textiles at college, specialising in knitwear. Since joining Ravelry, she’s now found the confidence to share her ideas with others.
She lives in rural mid Wales in a small house, well insulated with yarn. When not compulsively knitting shawls, she can be found tending her now much smaller plot and finding inspiration from the welsh countryside.
