Renee Callahan

EastLondonKnit began as Renée Callahan’s knitwear studio in the depths of East London, overflowing with knitting machines and hundreds of cones of yarn. After several years of working in the fashion industry, Renée decided she had to pursue her own passion: designing slow fashion and encouraging people to make their own handmade wardrobes.

She now designs knitting patterns, teaches knitting classes, podcasts about her love of slow fashion and making and sharing beautiful, useful things.
