Totally addicted to knitting lace shawls, I tell myself (and try to convince my husband) that one can never have to many shawls.
When I learned how to knit lace I could never keep track of the English abbreviations, I looked at the charts and hoped I was understanding them correctly. This is still visible in my patterns, I love charts and I try to keep the text to a minimum. A few of them have written instructions but mostly it’s just charts.
I have a Ravelry group for design-related discussions and a newsletter for announcing new pattern releases.
When I’m not giving in to my knitting-addiction I’m either working as a PhD student in Physiology or having fun with my family, my husband also knits and I’m longing for the days the kids want to knit with me!
