Laura Patterson

I love to knit. I love to knit a variety of things. My designing is an offshoot of that. Knitting lace is an obvious love of mine. I also love knitting cables, and though it doesn’t show up as often, working with color. I’ve never hand knit a hat in my life (I did make a couple hats with my knitting machine, but I don’t count these), though I attempted to crochet a hat when I was in high school. It was a dismal failure. In self defense, I didn’t have a pattern, tried to figure it out as I went.
