Knitting since 2008, and designing since 2009, I started knitting during the my last hurricane evacuation in New Orleans, and crammed skeins of yarn and needles into every corner of the bags I brought with me as a brand-new Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine.
I can usually be found in Brooklyn, NY, knitting on the subway or chasing after lost skeins (true story, Tosh Vintage in Stargazing… after the color way was discontinued.
When I’m not knitting, I’m working at a NYC-based startup, where I’ve promised at least 10 coworkers custom knits. So far, mostly unfinished. I also go bouldering a few times week, which makes knitting… interesting, depending on the state of my calluses.
