My mother, grandmother and two older sisters all knit so I learned at an early age, probably by osmosis. In fact, I don’t remember not knitting. But as the youngest, I started to color outside the lines at an early age and never considered the pattern any more than a starting point. Later on, wonderful mentors, long arms and a need to clothe myself led to more serious designing of my own wardrobe.
After a career in marketing and advertising I retired. Or so I thought. Now I am traveling, knitting, designing and having a ball meeting kindred knitters everywhere. Life is good!
