Ever Again is a top-down, wide triangular shawl with contrasting stripes, a dramatic border and has become my current go to shawl! It differs from its sister shawl, Evermore, not only in shape but in lace patterning though the two are similar in feel and techniques.
Worked in two complimentary coloured yarns, one a fingering weight and the other a sport weight silk mohair or a kidsilk mohair. Ever Again comprises a striped body that shows off both yarns individually and displays their differences beautifully. The lace panel, worked in the fingering weight is beaded, simple to work and is followed by the garter stitch border that is worked in either the sport-weight silk mohair (singularly) or the fingering weight yarn worked together with the kidsilk.
The pattern is amazingly versatile offering endless combinations for you to make your Ever Again totally unique and wonderfully you!
